This Diploma certifies . . . .  has successfully completed the Course of Instruction in the Arts of CROSS-PACKAGING, GENERAL BRAND CAMOUFLAGE & PRODUCT REPLICATION and is fully competent to practice the said ARTS & all their techniques.

Likewise the Candidate has been declared cognizant of the properties of RECYCLED MERCHANDISE, its PORT OF ORIGIN & its DESTINATION.

The candidate has participated successfully in the RANGOON OPEN BURMESE FISH-HEAD RECYCLING CONTEST having Completed the Movement within the statutory 90-second time-limit as laid down by Charter. In addition the I.C.R. has the honour of bestowing upon the Candidate its SEAL OF APPROVAL for the Candidate’s R.S.V.P. TROPHY FREESTYLE SOLO RECYCLING DISPLAY hereafter to be Registered and known as the  . . . .  effect.
